Tom Dempsey leads the way on our fisheries policy initiatives and is also actively developing new program areas to further CCCHFA’s mission. Tom received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology from Dartmouth College and his master’s degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. With experience in ecological research and management programs around the country, along with crewing on hook and line vessel Never Enough, Tom seeks to improve fisheries policy in order to preserve the ocean’s resources and New England’s rich fishing traditions.
