Kurt Martin
Kurt is a lifelong fisherman from Cape Cod who is owner and operator of the lobster boat FV Time Bandit. He also runs one of the last few weir fishing operations left on the Cape; this is a very artisanal form of catching fish alive in large bowl-shaped fish traps. Kurt is in favor of including other gear types when their involvement with CCCHFA yields clean, sustainable fisheries. Kurt has been on the board for over 7 years.
